Policies:
Session fees plus tax are due at session & are non-refundable. A travel fee applies when locations exceed 50 miles roundtrip from Plymouth of $3 per mile above 50 miles. Shipping & MN sales tax apply to all prices. Prices are subject to change & current prices apply when orders are placed.
The Copyright Issue:
All digital proofs are copyrighted & may not be reproduced in any way (but keep reading). That means that images you see or distribute online will have a watermark at the bottom of the image. Images you purchase as prints will not be watermarked but are still copyrighted and can not be reproduced (scanned!) in any way. If you want to purchase the copyright to an image, you can! Remember, watermarked images can be downloaded for free! (so you can show them off on facebook or your phone…)
All images may be used on my website or blog unless you state otherwise.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
I’m no stickler. We can’t control the weather, much less the crazy stuff that happens with life. Please call me if ANYTHING comes up (middle-of-the-night sickness, child face-plants on the driveway 2 hours before the shoot, baby (parents!) had a terrible night, just having a bad week!) and we can reschedule. Remember, this is supposed to be fun and happy. Let’s talk!
